Role Playing Simulation

This is a very interesting category which is applicable to AR and VR. It allows multiple users, potentially from different domains in areas like first responder, tactical and medical scenarios, to work together through complex scenarios. The goal is to provide a range of choices for how to split up the tasks and proceed through the scenario. Both voice activated commands and physical interactions will change the unfolding simulation and can trigger animations and virtual performances from the simulated characters.

An example might be – Police, Fire and EMT staff are facing a virtual road accident with a wet surface, a downed active power line, an unconscious woman at the side of the road and a man crying out from a car which is wrecked at the side of the road.

They must quickly break down the situation and coordinate what each of them will do first.
